Beauty on Earth is a labour of love for wife and husband team Trin Le (12 years in the Corporate Sales area) and Mitch Nguyen (15 years in the Industrial Chemist industry), who wanted to create salons that would meet the people’s need for greater beauty and grooming services at the highest standards.

“Very very poor work ethic. Very rude to customers. One worker rolled their eyes at me and another spoke very nastily to my friend after ruining her nails. Also when my nails were finished the person just left me without even saying goodbye. Someone needs to have a word to the manager about the behaviour of the staff. Will not be coming back again if still going to receive horrible service.”

“Visited this lovely place just yesterday and made an appointment for a long massage just an hour before with no issues! Felt very welcomed by the ladies working who offered a generous price for an extra half hour massage. The massage from Ivy was fantastic, she knows what she is doing and felt very relaxed! The room was pleasant and the massage was very professional. After the massage, the ladies went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction and were very nice. Customer service was absolutely exceptional! I intend on returning to this place and would recommend to others!”

“I routinely attend this salon for various services because it is easy to get last minute bookings. Service depends greatly on who you are served by. They are great. My only real gripe is that the eftpos machine routinely ‘breaks down’. I am not sure if they do this on purpose or not as it happens quite frequently so if you plan on paying via credit card, be prepared to fork out an extra 20 percent for a cash advance unless you have the cash on you. My second concern is the hygiene around makeup, communal lipsticks are used so be prepared to bring your own if that is a concern. On the positive side, it’s easy to get into and they do offer some good services like dipping gel instead of acrylics which is great if you want a healthier option for your nails.”

“Was looking for a place to do eyelash tint, brow wax/ tint & I was charged $60 I live on the Gold Coast & even I found this very expensive. My lady up here is around $40 for all 3. You could tell staff didn’t want to be there & the actual job that the staff did on me was pretty bad. Not professional at all, not the correct equipment & was very rough. My colouring normally lasts at least a strong 3-4 weeks but this tinting job started fading badly after 1 week. Not impressed at all.”

“I have been to this salon quite a few times. For nails, waxing and a facial. The waxing is pretty good but it depends on who you get, not everyone is thorough. The facial is pretty good and the staff are rather friendly & professional. Last time I visited and got my nails done was an absolute disaster and was extremely dissapointing. They ruined my nails and a week later they are still chipping, breaking and peeling because they were filed down so much my nails are paper thin. I did complain and the management dealt with the issue to my satisfaction which was the only positive”
