OUR CHILD POLICY
To comply with jour work safe standards, we have to follow our Child Policy as strictly as possible. As most of our treatments involve large amounts of concentration by the therapist, Beauty Queens cannot be responsible to look after your little ones!
Please refrain from bringing children under 12 that need to be supervised or please ensure that another responsible person can look after your child whilst your treatment is being performed.
We have equipment and stock that may be harmful to your children! Following this policy will ensure complete enjoyment of your treatment and it is also for the consideration of other clients.
OUR BOOKINGS POLICY
As a courtesy to your beauticians and other clients, we would appreciate every effort to arrive in good time for bookings. Please note that we reserve the right to apply a fee of 50% of the cost of the treatments missed where 24 hours notice of a cancellation is not provided. Credit Card details are needed to secure bookings.

LASH LIFTS
Lash Lifts are a relaxing procedure that involves creating a “lash curler” look that lasts weeks and weeks!
This is perfect for anyone who are blessed with long lashes that would like to eliminate the need for curling and using mascara on a daily basis to open up the eyes.
Lash Lifts are waterproof, smudge proof and cry proof with literally no maintenance or care needed!
In using the trusted Ellebeena line, our solutions come in single use sachets and all materials used at Beauty Queens are properly disinfected to ensure top hygiene and customer care is performed at all time! Our products are also Formaldehyde free.
Our Lash Lift service includes a Lash Tint service.
WAXING
Beauty Queens practises hygienic and safe waxing and tinting procedures! Our waxing tools are mostly disposable and never double dipped! Our stainless steel tweezers and scissors are properly disinfected and cleaned.
