“Worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. Hanna took 3x longer than normal and did such a bad job that I actually need to go get waxed again because she’s missed so many areas. The highlight was her microwaving the cheap, roll on Nair wax that you can buy at a chemist – she applied it, I reacted with a yell to the scalding hot temperature, she withdrew her hand and proceeded to spill more hot wax all over my hands, increasing my pain. (I left with red burn marks on my hands and bikini area). She then spent the next hour telling me I had sensitive skin. No, you’re just incompetent Hanna. Awful experience.”
