“I stumbled upon beauty plus after purchasing a voucher for laser hair removal on one of those coupon websites. Lucky I did, considering most laser treatments rob you blind after a single visit AND you need around five to eight treatments for a single area! Apart from depriving your wallet, it also deprives you of time. The treatment itself may only take five minutes, but you can only attack an area once every month. So that leaves disasters for the booking system. Thankfully it functions well enough, considering a small staff base makes it difficult to reach them on the phone (you’ll most likely get an answering machine, and the online booking system is quite pathetic to be honest).

The consultants here are very patient, but I absolutely love going to Florina who is such a dedicated worker (she didn’t cancel my appointment even through her migraines!) Sadly, Florina has moved on elsewhere but the consultant I did have was just as good and experienced.

The waiting area is lovely for such a small space, and it always helps when the practice rooms are comfortable as opposed to having clinical clean feeling. The equipment is all new so it doesn’t look like that plastic dodgy contraption you sometimes see, and with a larger square head so you tend to get zapped a little less. All in all, my experience there has been good to date but I definitely recommend hunting for that coupon before booking yourself into this place.“
