I grew up in Melbourne and moved up to the Gold Coast in 2004 which is where I began studying health and massage.
During the course of my studies I discovered that I had a passion for helping people and decided this could be achieved by relieving stress through massage.
From talking to my clients I learnt that they were all experiencing high levels of stress at work. I began to think how great it would be to take the relief they received from their visits with me, to them during the work day.
So, I decided to take the challenge and deliver my experience with relieving stress to their offices and help create a healthy, vibrant and happy work environment in every workplace and that is how Becalm Corporate Massage Gold Coast evolved….

Corporate Massage Gold Coast Services

Gold Coast Corporate massage is a quick, easy, mess / hassle-free way to have happy, energised and productive staff.

It’s a great way of rewarding your staff with minimum disruption to your workplace whilst maximising benefits to your business.

Some of the benefits of corporate massage include:

How it works

All our workplace massages are performed in a specially designed massage chair which is delivered through the clothing so there is no need to undress or use any oils.

Staff will be away from their desks for between 10-30 minutes and the massages will be performed in a quiet corner of the office or your preferred location.

Soothing music will be played to further enhance the relaxation process.

Of course if you prefer Swedish Oil Massage this is also available, however the minimum time spent on each staff member must be 30 minutes.

Event

Event massage is the perfect way to make your function, event, corporate stand or party unforgettable.5-10 minute neck and shoulder massages are a unique way to draw potential customers to your corporate stand, treat clients at a corporate golf day or make that product launch stand out.

How it works

All our event massages are performed in a specially designed massage chair which is delivered through the clothing so there is no need to undress or use any oils.

Each massage lasts between 5-30 mins. (This is pre-arranged according to your wishes)

Soothing music will be played to further enhance the relaxation process.

@ Home massages

Enjoy a massage in the comfort of your own home. It’s perfect for busy individuals or couples who find it hard to fit a much needed massage into their busy schedule.

How it works

All equipment including towels, massage table, oils and music are provided. Each massage treatment is catered to the client’s needs and wants. Options available are Deep Tissue, Remedial, Relaxation and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

(Minimum call out duration is 1 hour)

(Remedial Massage is claimable through your health care provider. Please make us aware that you require a health care rebate receipt upon making your booking.)
The different types of massage:

Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage is working on one specific area of dysfunction in the body in order to increase range of motion and reduce pain. Remedial techniques can range from soft tissue manipulation, to mobilisation of the joints and stretching methods. Your therapist may do a few tests to distinguish which area the problem is originating from in order to give you the best results possible.

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation Massage is a soothing treatment that is designed to deeply relax. A soft to medium pressure is used and you will experience no pain during this treatment. This is the perfect massage if you need to distress and unwind.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a firm treatment that is aimed at the deeper levels of tissue in order ease muscle tension and stiffness. It is effective for relieving aches and pains from life’s activities.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a very slow, very light treatment that is working to encourage natural drainage of fluid (Lymph) within the body. This is a massage that is ideal for after surgery, injury, or for persons who have had Lymph nodes removed. It can help reduce swelling and promote healing.
