“I get laser hair removal done here with Leah & Lee. Great results! They are very professional and thorough. Bella Skin Health Clinic also often has good specials on for laser too! I would trust the staff here to do a good job with any other treatment too.”

“$35 for laser treatment is advertised as a promotional price and laser sessions are pushed by the beauticians from this place. However, what they don’t tell you is that there are after care products that they will hard sell to you. The after care products are exfoliant cream $49, skin pigment cream $124 and aloe vera… “special” aloe vera that is only purchased at this salon. I see that a response was made to another person saying “no obligation to buy”… then don’t use the words “This is what you need to use and do before your next treatment”… so refund the customer who says that he / she doesn’t want those products that you are pushing on them!”

“The staff at Bella were all so friendly and welcoming as soon as I arrived! The place was clean and very well presented. I came in for a spray tan and it was probably one of the best I’ve ever done! “Been going for waxing for a couple of months, nice rooms, waxing service was great.
Staff strongly suggested that the cheaper and better option was their $35 laser hair reduction promotion. Every visit I was told the same thing with the push on it’s ONLY $35.
I decided to try it for $35 a session it would save money in the long run instead of a $55 waxing session.
Laser treatment was done for $35 but what was never promoted was the after care products which you need to use after the treatment and before your next treatment. “Home care products are optional” was never said or a choice given… why would it? Because if there are no objections, that is a sale made and there are no refunds for change of mind (even though your mind is made up for you).
So… just a forewarning to people who are considering the $35 laser treatment promotion… if you choose to take this on, be prepared to not be given an option but be told that you need the after treatment care products and the session will cost an extra $191 bringing the session to $226. Make sure you know this and budget for it.
