JACQUI RENNELL

Jacqui has worked in the beauty industry for over 25 years. She is a very talented and artistic nail technician and cosmetic tattooist.

Jacqui first started cosmetic tattooing in 1996 after completing her training under Val Glover-Hovan.

She has recently upgraded her skills with Leigh Webb at Australian Cosmetic Tattoo College, to include feather stroke and powder brow techniques.

Jacqui is a perfectionist and likes to give her clients not only her best work, but realistic expectations.

Her one goal is to make sure her clients end up with a result that they love and a smile on their face.

Eyebrows – Feather Stroke

Feather stroke is an amazing technique with superfine hair strokes to create realistic looking brows.

Eyebrows – Soft Powder Brow

This gives a similar effect to that of applying powder to your brows. This is done in conjunction with feather stroke $395.00

Eyebrows – Belle Brow

Belle brow is a unique technique. Feather strokes used in conjunction with a Powdered look, which gives a soft, but defined line along the underside and tail of your brow, creating a look similar to “Instabrows” $450.00

EyeBrows – Soft Powder

A Soft powdered look, giving full coverage. $395.00

LOVE Brow Touch Up

4-6 week touch up to complete your new brows. No brows are considered finished until after this treatment.

This is the appointment where any colour or asymmetry will be adjusted to perfect your brows. During the healing process there can be “fall out” and colour fade.

Many factors vary from person to person. If you do not book your touch up within 8 weeks of your initial appointment, you will incur a fee for any touch ups after this time. $0.00

Eyebrow Tattoo Correction $POA

If you have had your brows previously tattooed elsewhere, we require either a face to face consultation or clear photos to be sent to determine whether or not we can achieve the results that you want and to give a precise quote.

In some cases we will refer you to a specialist for removal before we can start creating the brows you desire $0.00

Re-Touch up to 6 months

All Re Touch services are only available to existing clients who have previously had their brows tattooed at Belle Toujours.

As your brows fade, they will need a “Re-Touch” to freshen up the colour and make them ‘On Fleek” again. The cost depends on the time between your visits $100.00

Re-Touch 6-12 months $200.00

Re-Touch 12-18 months $250.00

Re-Touch 18-24 months $300.00

Eyeliner – Basic Top

For the most natural look, we do a lash enhancement. This involves the artist tattooing between the lashe, along your lashline.

This makes the lashes appear darker and fuller. For a more defined eyeliner, the artist will tattoo above the lash line as well as along it. This look is tailored to each individual $400.00

Eyeliner – Top & Bottom $650.00

Lip- Blend
For those wanting to add some fullness to their lips. We tattoo the lip line and blend it out to create a soft ombre effect, ultimately resulting in fuller looking lips $500.00
