“Went into the Rockingham,WA store the other week and bought a heap of stuff for me to wear Maternity and when in hospital… the lady was so lovely and patient at the register and asked if we were part of the club and mentioned the birthday discount… I didn’t realise I had got the birthday email as my birthday was just weeks before and most of the emails I get are about specials…. she was patient and I found the email so she went back thru my large pile of clothing and gave me the discount to every eligible item… she knew we had a fair bit so when some other customers started to queue up she called someone else to assist and serve them. Not once did she complain or show signs of annoyance… she was very lovely and also mentioned that if I get lots of double ups at my baby shower and they have tags still on I can exchange for other items… was a very lovely experience and will definitely be going back!”

“Your Pacific Epping ,Victoria store manager Natalie is a disgrace. I had queried her about a price that was plastered all over a pyjama area that were licensed pjs for $13. went to register and they scanned at $20. Another lady and Natalie then went down and removed the signage from the rack. I asked if she was going to give them to me at the price , she chuffed and said NO .. I then commented Fine , I wont be back.. I decided a minute later to return thru the store and she was in the middle of the store having a laugh with her co-worker at how she did not care about me , whether I came back or not as a customer. Words were bad luck , I then caught her out and questioned her as to why she was bagging me out. I had my children with me and there were other customers around . This was very embarrassing for me .. Natalie has NO customer service skills as a Manager and should be disciplined on how to treat customers with respect and not run a ship like a highschool yard full of bitchy teenage girls ..I wont be back to the store. I was suppose to receive a call today from the regional manager , Rebecca.. Still no call … Very disgusted!!!!”

“Good range of items and great prices but when I went to the geelong store yesterday I chose 3 bras to try on and proceeded to the change rooms. The door was locked and there was a note above a button that said please press for service. I pressed it twice in about 3-4 mins but nobody came. I then pressed it continuously 3 times which got someone’s attention. When I asked why on earth would you lock change rooms I was told it was so staff could see how many items were taken in as people would go in and steal items by placing them under their clothing. Yet when I exited the change room the staff member had disappeared so that defeats the whole purpose as they aren’t there to check how many items I came out with!! Either put a staff member on change room duty or don’t lock the doors!!!”

“hi there just an enquiry as regarding the best & less online store, I enjoy shopping online & it’s convenient. but Could you please please have more online clothes available just like the local stores do. I have noticed not everything is available online & believe it should change for the better in doing so. I don’t shop at my local store anymore regarding some underlying issues complaints I have with a certain staff member, but please may best & less have the full wardrobe open online! Oh & I would like to see the best & less gift card available online to purchase……as it’s very important to customers I believe, warm regards thank you Tui”

“Very disappointed, as I went into the Geelong store yesterday specifically to get a product, the bunny onsie advertised on this Facebook page. However when I got to the store, they didn’t have it, nor had they ever had the product stocked. There are only 2 stores in the whole Geelong area, with the other store 20 minutes away, I had already travelled 40km (50 minutes drive) to get to the store, and it would have been an additional 20 minute drive away from my home to retrieve the suit. Considering the low amount of stores for such a large region, you’d think you’d stock them!! The girl that helped me, did have a look at the stock upstairs, however no success. She was also the staff member that told me she hadn’t seen them at all.
Maybe next time don’t specifically advertise a product on your Facebook page, if you’re not going to stock it at all your stores!! (Especially if there are only TWO) in such a large region!”
