SAFETY

We believe that safety is paramount.

That’s why we adhere to a strict safety policy that meets international guidelines.

All of our products are tested in accredited laboratories according to Australian and International Standards. We also ensure that the regulations regarding the flammability labelling in children’s nightwear are correctly tested and labelled.

We conduct internal risk assessments to ensure all products are safe for the entire family.

What’s more our factories adhere to a strict broken needle policy and do not use any hazardous chemicals including formaldehyde or restricted substances like lead and more.

DURABILITY

We believe our great clothing will always outlast the season.

We test all our fabrics in accredited laboratories to ensure the fabric will not shrink, fade or pill and will hold their colour.

Our finished products go through excessive testing and fitting before approval and are washed according to the Best&Less care code. Through this rigorous testing we can comfortably say that our garments are guaranteed to last.

FIT

We believe that clothing should flatter the shape of your body.

To ensure each garment meets our high standards, we fit each style several times during the development process. Every garment gets ‘fit-approved’ at three separate stages of production, so when you wear a Best&Less garment, you’ll know that it fits perfectly.

We’ve also created a ‘sizing standard’ across every part of our business to ensure that all the styles have consistent sizing, no matter where or when you shop with us.

“Went into the Rockingham,WA store the other week and bought a heap of stuff for me to wear Maternity and when in hospital… the lady was so lovely and patient at the register and asked if we were part of the club and mentioned the birthday discount… I didn’t realise I had got the birthday email as my birthday was just weeks before and most of the emails I get are about specials…. she was patient and I found the email so she went back thru my large pile of clothing and gave me the discount to every eligible item… she knew we had a fair bit so when some other customers started to queue up she called someone else to assist and serve them. Not once did she complain or show signs of annoyance… she was very lovely and also mentioned that if I get lots of double ups at my baby shower and they have tags still on I can exchange for other items… was a very lovely experience and will definitely be going back!”

“I just want to say what wonderful customer service I got at the Erina store by lovely staff member Bree. My daughter needed a larger size in a dress for a dance concert which the store was sold out of. The only other available dress was at a store about 40 minutes away. Bree could see I had three kids including a newborn and offered to go and swap the dress for me herself as she was going near the store the following day. She did this in her own time, without fuss, just because she is a lovely person and wanted to help a customer. I don’t usually shop at Best&Less but now I will because of this!”

“My daughter was interested in a nightie we saw at your Browns Plains QLD store and they didn’t have her size. We were told one of the girls out the back could see if another store had it for us. We ended up finding that it was at Carindale and they would hold for us. The young lady at the store was so polite and helpful. She went out of her way to call a few stores and gave us a positive result. I didn’t get her name but the staff at Browns Plains were all wonderful. Keep up the good work!”
