Better Movement Studio

Better Movement Studio is Adelaide’s most personable studio, now in two locations, Norwood and Findon.  We offer you a variety of Yoga Asana, Pilates, Stretch classes and Massage Therapy to improve the range of movement in your body no matter whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced mover and groover!

Our classes are small and welcoming, putting the fun and friendly back into your exercise and wellness program!

Our Norwood studio offers a free creche service Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 11.30 am, through Norwood Swim School (located next door), just phone the swim school to book prior the creche prior to attending class. Clients are also able to access heavily discounted services with Dr Brandon Chiropractic, located at Rostrevor.  For more details please enquire at the Norwood Studio.

Our Findon studio is located inside the new Findon Swim School facility, Better Movement Studio clients will also be able to access the free creche service, please phone Findon Swim School for further details.

Our Studio

We are deeply committed to caring for the environment and supporting healthy living, we therefore carefully select organic props and environmentally sound yoga mats for use by our students.  We have installed eco-friendly cork flooring that is naturally warm and comfortable, soft and quiet underfoot.  We love it and want to share it with you!
