Our aim is to decrease pain, increase mobility and get circulation in to affected areas. We are not about just feeling better, but BEING better. Of course, we give relaxing massages and our enjoyable modern music selection sets us apart from the Enya & rainforest inspired music you can find elsewhere but you have the option to either switch off or have a great conversation. Our massages are customised to your needs so whether you are after a strong sports massage or a massage to get your mind off the week you just had, we can help.

Our Team

Gabe Robledo de la Barra –  Massage Therapist and Instructor for a Physiotherapy course held at Sydney University’s Cumberland campus. Gabe works between both clinics and is available weekends.

Tamara Wyld – located at our CBD practice and has plenty of experience working with professional and international athletes. Tamara uses a combination of deep tissue and sports therapy techniques to give the results you are after.

Renee Marchant – located at our Norwest practice and has been treating in the Hills for over 5 years. Excellent for someone looking for medium pressure in a Remedial massage or a relaxation massage.

Our name reflects our focus and what’s important to us. Our expertise around making you better is what people love about us and once they’re better they come back to stay that way. In Norwest we are conveniently located in Norwest Business Park at Q Central building, opposite to the Norwest Private Hospital on 10 Norbrik Drive. Hills District / Norwest – inside Hills Allied Health

A combination of sports massage techniques, acupressure, deep tissue, myofascial release, stretching and mobilisation. Remedial massage treatment is individualised to your health needs and is used to maximise your well-being and for the relief of pain.

Payment Methods

BetterU accepts Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Cards and Electronic Transfers. We currently run HICAPS out of both locations which means you can scan your health fund card and only pay the difference.

Your Private Health Fund’s extras cover will have certain allowance amounts for Remedial Massage. If you are unsure, contact your health fund for further details.

Corporate Massage

We cater for different business needs from National Public Health Week (1st week of April), Workshops, desk to desk office massage or corporate events.

Gabe’s great reputation has seen him work with Telstra, Pure Blonde, Nokia, IBM and lead a team of 6 with Garnier at Melbourne’s International Flower and Garden Show (the line for massage was a 90minute wait!!)
