Having remained at Bondi Beach over 50 years ago, Bikini island has recently branched out and now has 8 locations up and down Australia’s East Coast offering an ever expanding selection of swimwear, along with all the products available for sale online.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES
FREE AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES FOR ORDERS OVER $25 AUD.

Orders under $25 will incur $8.50 postage and handling charge.

DELIVERY TIME AND PARCEL TRACKING
We aim for immediate dispatch of goods with orders generally received between 2-5 working days. Please note that orders can take upto 8-10 working days (particularly for rural areas). As we use Australia Post eparcel service, you will receive an email from them indicating the tracking number for your shipment at the time the order has been picked up. You can track this shipment through the Australia post eparcel tracking service – http://auspost.com.au/track/

SIGNATURE REQUIRED ARE SENT
As we send all orders using registered post a signature is required and hence we recommend you providing a work address for delivery. Please provide your full details when supplying a work address including the business and receiver’s name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
All International deliveries are charged at AUD $50.00. We use Express Australia Post.

Delivery information and transit time
All deliveries require a signature on receipt. Therefore we suggest you provide an address where you are located during office hours. Please provide your full details when supplying a work address including the business and receiver’s name. Should there be no body available to sign for your delivery a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office. Note we do not deliver to post office boxes.

Currency, Duties, VAT, GST or customs charges
All prices are in Australian Dollars

The prices mentioned on this site do not include the relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.

Most countries will charge import duties and taxes on top of the price we charge you – THESE MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT. We suggest that before you order from us that you get an estimate of any potential charges before ordering (we advise contacting your local customs office). Bikini island must also comply with Australian export regulations and declare the full value of all items that we are shipping as well as marking these as dutiable merchandise.

Please note we are able to supply you with a tracking number for that parcel.

Returns Policy

Online Returns Policy
At Bikini Island we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase; if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return to us within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund. We will also deliver an initial exchange request back to you for free.

Sale merchandise can only be exchanged except in the case of fault.

To ensure we offer the best quality product to all customers please observe that any items returned with makeup marks, no hygiene stickers or removed tags will be rejected.

In-Store Returns Policy
Bikini Island does not offer refunds on purchases made in-store. However, we offer exchange within 14 days for a store credit valid for 6 months provided that the garments are in original conditions and unworn, with tags still attached and a proof of purchase can be provided. Please contact your local store for more information.

Online Returns Process Easy!
1. Complete the Return/Exchange form included with your order or download the form below & enclose with your returned merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around. We are more than happy to exchange for another size, colour or item, subject to availability. We recommend confirming if your exchange items are in stock by checking our website to make sure your size is available.

2. Pack all items with your form in secure packaging or reuse the original packaging.

3. Visit your local Post Office and send to the provided address. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured postal service as Bikini Island is not liable for lost return parcels.

4. Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect and process within 5 business days to ensure you receive your return/exchange as quickly as possible. To keep you up to date, we will send you an email confirming your return or exchange, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Bikini Island.

5. Bikini Island will then gladly cover the cost of delivering your new product if you have requested an exchange in the first instance. Any subsequent exchanges will incur delivery charges as per our listed rates.

Exchange Policy
Observe the returns/exchanges process as above.

A direct exchange will be made if the new request is to the exact value of your original purchase.

Where your exchange request is of a higher value than your original purchase you will need to provide credit card details for this difference.

If your exchange request is of a lower value the difference will be refunded to you via your original payment in line with our returns policy.

Except for where your garments may be faulty; shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and we will not pay for the cost of sending the goods back to Bikini Island.

Additionally please note that if you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, Bikini Island is unable to refund such duty or taxes.

Faulty Returns
If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please follow the simple steps of a normal return as shown above.

If an order is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the cost of postage back to us in addition to your refund. For further in depth information on faulty items, please contact our customer service team.

Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty) and hygiene stickers in place. Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. If you wish to use a gift card or promo code, please place a new order through the website and return your original items for refund.

Bikini Island does not accept COD deliveries and any returns sent COD will have the postage costs deducted from your refund.

It may occur that some exchange requests may not be processed if your requested item is out of stock and a refund will be processed instead in these instances. We recommend placing a new order online and returning your original items for refund to avoid exchange items selling out. You will receive an email to notify you whether a refund or exchange was made on your return. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR SWIMWEAR
To ensure your brand new swimsuit lasts you through summer we recommend that you take care of it like you any other much-loved item in your wardrobe.

Follow our recommendations below and you can look forward to enjoying your new purchase for some time to come.

Rinse your swimsuit thoroughly in cool water after use
Do not roll up wet or store wet
It is important not to leave your wet swimsuit wrapped inside a towel
Be careful not to wear light coloured clothing over wet swimwear as some shades may transfer when wet
After rinsing your swimsuit thoroughly after every use, dry flat in shade and avoid direct sunlight
Do not machine wash, bleach, soak, dry clean or iron your swimsuit
Avoid contact with suntan lotions and oils as they can damage the elasticity and fabric of your swimsuit
Avoid pools treated with harsh chemicals and we also recommend that you avoid spas
It is important to avoid rough surfaces and jewellery that can snag your swimsuit
