“I had a disappointing experience due to poor communication and incorrect assumptions being made when carrying out the installation of my cistern. I have had a cistern installed that I’m not happy with and due to lack of timely communication regarding options to rectify the issue I am left with a cistern that is the wrong size for my requirements.”

“Thanks for your response Actually as advised via a recent email from yourself, you didnt get back me with further options (after we came to the conclusion that the first option from Caroma was not going to be big enough) after I gave you some measurements. You then went ahead and invoiced me. You then informed that a changeover just for the cost of the parts would not be possible if my tenant had used the toilet. By then he had moved in and used the toilet as it took 2 weeks to hear from you again. As mentioned in my first post I should have been given options at the start of these works and informed that a cheaper cistern would most likely not cover the holes left by the previous cistern. Your assumption that my overriding priority was getting the cheapest option was incorrect. Yes, that was important to me but more importantly I would have liked to have avoided holes being left either side of the cistern if at all possible”

“This company was referred by a supplier. We were very grateful when Bill K came to our house after hours on short notice to come and have a look to give us a quote. However, almost a month later we have still not recieved a quote for the work! We called the company 3 times and spoke to friendly reception staff who every time would assure us that the quote would be sent “that night”. Very dissapointing especially for a company who prides themselves as “Melbourne’s most reliable plumbers”!! We would have really appreciated it if they did not want to do the job to just tell us so we would not be wasting our time waiting. In the meantime we have managed to get 3 other quotes from other plumbers and the job is almost complete by another company – all while we are still waiting for an email/call from this company! This company is not very dependable and I would not recommend using this plumbing service.”
