“Carried out partial bathroom renovation. Communication was very difficult and everything was never really was confimed until last minute. Every step needed much encouragement in order to actually progress. 2 years after the reno we discover a major leak. Plummer doesn’t reply to calls nor texts. Just not interested in fixing the problem. Finally gets in touch after legal action threat email and sends apprentice who in on the phone the whole time and says they can’t locate leak and have to outsource to bigger company. Poor service rating is too generous.”
