Bliss Nails and Makeup, run by Ms Evelin Dunoguier, is a Melbourne based Nail, Makeup and tanning freelance business. Evelin operates the business from various locations in Melbourne (by appointment only). These salons are:

• Acqua Hair Design in Docklands;
• RBT Gym in in South Melbourne; and
• Millers Rd in Altona North.

Evelin has been in the beauty industry for 13 years providing nail, makeup and tanning services to her clients. During this time she has not only worked as a nail technician but also managed Beauty and Hair Salons, worked at tradeshows and is now running her own nail academy teaching Creative Nail Design (CND) short courses for novice students or the nail professional that is looking to perfect their skills.

But her passion for the beauty industry doesn’t end there either. She is also a freelance makeup and tanning artist.
