“Blockage Busters were recommended to me by a friend when I needed a blocked sewer pipe checked. Michael Ridley came out to see us two days later (this morning). It’s an outside toilet which was already removed so access was easy. Michael put the camera down, used the jet cutter to clear tree roots, then put the camera down again. He showed me what was going on and explained our options. Just inside an hour from arrival he was finished, leaving everything outside the way he found it, and the sewer pipe clear! This was a surprisingly quick and easy operation, and amazingly, now we know exactly what’s happening along the 13+ metres of sewer pipe between our house and the boundary, so we know what to do next, no guesses. (It would have taken longer – and cost more – if the toilet had to be removed and replaced, I’m sure, but worth it to clear the sewer pipe.) Michael was very pleasant, very professional, quick, and left no sign that he’d been. I’m very pleased that Michael was recommended to me, and very happy to recommend him and Blockage Busters. I’ll be calling him first if I have to deal with blocked pipes in the future.”
