“I went to have Color the roots of my hair sponteously on my birthday, as soon as I commented that the Color touched the highlights in my hair, the lady that was colouring my hair said they use colours that only cover grey I said ok then the manager inquired about our conversation and I said that the other lady has explained to me , that should have been the end of that but no The manager came pulled my hair and said you have grey hair an inch long.. I was surprised of her action how can she pull my hair this hard, I still didn’t say anything , then she went do you want me to wash your hair I can do it right now, while she did she said that she didn’t want attitude I said what attitude your suppose to serve your customers… She then said something about bad manners I did not reply but was shocked as how can this lady treat customers like that let alone manage a customer service business . I also intend to submit a formal complaint to hairdresser association”
