Founded by Penelope Murray of InForm Pilates, Body in Song is a cooperative of practitioners and healers with a passion for promoting and facilitating positive change within your body. We believe that each and every body has the innate intelligence to inform your journey through life, not only physically, but emotionally.  It is incredibly important to allow yourself the space and time to teach, feel and incorporate all the information your body and mind receives daily. We know how hard it is to find balance in life and we encourage you to explore and enjoy the experience of change through breath, relaxation, movement, meditation, body therapies and the powerful vibration of sound. The power for change is exponential and the journey we embark on through our bodies and minds is endless and exciting. Embrace it fully !
