“I bought a Zeeba on Melbourne St Manicure and Pedicure Living Social voucher, made an appointment months in advance and received no courtesy reminder call or txt message making me aware of my up coming appointment. Which then led me to become confused over when my appointment actually was.. I rang the Zeeba and I apparently missed my appointment, they said they don’t do reminders because they are trying to save on costs. I then asked to reschedule because I wasn’t evan aware of my appointment. So, I rescheduled my appointment for the following week and unfortunately feel sick so I had to change that appointment (I gave the Zeeba at least two days notice). They then said I was mucking them around and that I can no longer use the voucher. What a waste of money! Sorry Zeeba people do get sick every now and then that is just apart of life.”

Used my Scoopon for a facial, microderm and pedi, thoroughly relaxing environment. so peaceful in this salon that you fall asleep, lol, How embarrassing !! lol. They were so lovely and very informative. My skin after the micro was silky smooth and glowing, very impressed. Quite surprised by some comments here regarding this business as i found them to be very professional and i really like the vibrant colours in the shop and the water feature was beautiful. “Disappointing, I rolled up at 11.30 to find the door locked. Staff then opened the door and gesturing me continued their private call for 5 mins. the place was dirty and I found my microderm very impersonal and unsatisfying would not go back”
