Using The Dread Shed’s tried & tested method for dreading, we create your dreads naturally, without waxes, glues, perms, chemicals or other nasties.

Inspired by The Dread Shed’s three step method for perfect dreadlocks, I transform your hair into gorgeous locks with barely any loss of length. Forget methods involving ripping, excessive backcombing, neglect, twisting, greasing up with wax, dread-perms, rubbing, glues, chemicals or anything else un-natural. I use only a comb and crochet hook. You leave my dread-chair with perfectly formed, strong and beautiful dreadlocks needing.

Services

New Dreads + Extensions
From $500
$500: 40-50 new dreads with shoulder length extensions. $650: 40-50 new dreads with mid back length extensions. $800: 40-50 new dreads with waist length extensions.

Extensions
From $300
$300 (shoulder length). $450 (mid back length) $600 (waist length) * each includes the cost of the extensions plus installation plus maintenance on your existing dreads.

New Dreads
From $300
NEW DREADS:$300-shoulder length or shorter normally takes around 4-5 hours. $350-mid-back/bra strap length normally takes around 6-7 hours. $450-waist length normally takes around 8+ hours.

Dread Maintenance
$45 / hour
Dread maintenance tightens and neatens all the loose fuzzies into your dreads and keeps them looking and feeling happy and healthy. Normally takes around 2-4 hours depending on your dreads.
