W4A has two missions in life:

For-profit mission: To operate a successful international group of businesses in the beauty and fashion industries spanning beauty salons, ethical cosmetics and specialised technology for the industry.

For-purpose mission: To raise 10,000 women out of poverty through microfinance loans and business training in partnership with credible NGOs and other development organisations.

To put it simply, we want to beautify the world through the international, systematic and collaborative empowerment of women.
