Very rude service, I was shopping in there and a lady wanted to return a faulty item which she has the receipt for and he said he wouldnt return the item, she was very upset by his rude comment, I said he shouldnt speak like that and he told me to get out and mind my own business, he is horrible. DON’T SHOP THERE”

“The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Not only were they extremely rude but also abusive, so bad that people were leaving the shop. When my wife went to make a payment on our layby the man informed her that he had sold our pram and we could only have floor stock, so when I went in to cancel the layby he didn’t want to pay our money back and continued to yell and abuse me for about 10 minutes. Then the lady who works their accused my wife of being a liar. My only advise is to shop elsewhere and for the owner of Bonnie babies to pick another field to work in, one were does not have to deal with the public.”

“I found the service lacking here and the attitude of the owner less than pleasant. The range of products, however was very good. What a shame the service doesn’t match. The shop is spacious and well set out with a good location and plenty of parking. The business has a lot going for it, but I will shop elswhere, simply because I was not made feel welcome or worth any service. Sorry.”
