1. I recently moved to balmain and it was my first time to this salon. After years of bad hair haircuts I told the hairdresser that I could no longer manage my curly, dry, frizzy hair. She told me she could fix it! Today I am much happier ! My hair feels so healthy after the 20min treatment and the cut has given my hair shape made it more manageable. She also gave me some free samples of some specific products to try on my hair! The atmosphere is relaxing, price was (very ) cheap for the level of service and the service was friendly without being over the top. Oh and they are open late- until 9! Five stars!
2. The staff did not seem interested when I attempted to explain my desired haircut, and were absolutely not interested in details. The result was a very distressing haircut that did not meet my expectations one bit! What good is free coffee/great ambience/smiley staff when your haircut is botched up. One more thing: so OVERPRICED. Don’t risk it.

   I just love the the ambience of bosh…it’s just so relaxing compared to other salons I have been to. The staff are really friendly and the quality of work is always tops.I have been going here for a number of years now and though the people have changed the quality just seems to get better. I love their attention to customer service, it is the little things like the coffee on arrival.
