“Worst spray tan I’ve ever had!!! My hands and feet look like I had put them in orange food colouring. When I called to complain I was brushed off saying try to exfoliate or use lemon juice (which I had already done several times) would never go back or recommend anyone else to go there!!!”

“I was burnt by extremely hot wax after having advised the therapist it was too hot. Some of my skin was taken off and is now beginning to scar. Offered only a cold pack and the suggestion that I was a too sensitive. I’ve been waxing for twenty years, and have never had an experience like this one.
Burn aside, my waxing is extremely patchy – I had to take the tweezers to my top lip. $105 later, I’ve had to book in touch up waxing elsewhere.
I will not be returning.”
