“After reviewing this plumber on True Local I went ahead and arranged a quote for a new gas connection for a heater. Brendan was prompt, courteous and very professional. He arranged a quote on the spot and it was instantly emailed through to me. On the day he was due to perform the work, he was called out to an emergency plumbing issue, however he quickly called me to explain why he would be late and gave me a new arrival time.
