“I am so disappointed in how I was treated by the owner of this business. I had purchased a couple of products in which one had broken about 8 weeks later, now I wasnt looking for a free product I was just looking for a solution or some help in how I could get the rest of the product out ( for example a new pump). The first day I rang the girl was polite and unsure of what to do but said she would call me back once she had spoken to the owner, 2 days passed and I never heard anything so I called and got the owner, She was quick to accuse me of braking it and that she wasnt going to do anything about it, because it had been too long and it must have been my fault. I have been using these particular products for 8 years and have also worked professionally with this product. I have never had an issue with this happening and I am always careful with my products.
