My style is quite unique of varying strengths and methods achiving maximum results whilst the mind is relaxing and drifting away, A full assesment will be done prior to session so we can put together a focused intent game plan on what you would like to achive.

Basically my focus for the whole duration of the session is transfering high energy to the spots that need work.
