“Husband and wife, Roger and Debbie have personality.  They’ve travelled the World and they’ve got opinions. If you want to be asked ‘what are you doing this weekend’, then don’t go here. They’re fabulous. I have been a client of Rogers for more than seven years now and I still don’t have the itch. It could be said that I am fond of a change, so over the years Rog has teased, sculpted, chopped, combed and most importantly tszujed me in all manner of styles. We’ve channelled Posh (that in itself is a category), we’ve done the Gwynnie, we flirted briefly with a Jessie J but alas it’s hard to carry a candle around with 24/7 to make me look young enough to get away with it. My only slight gripe is that I pay nearly double ($90) what my husband pays and currently his hair is the same length.  HHHmmm but ya know that isn’t just particular to this salon, it’s a larger problem. From classic to edgy they do it all and you can have a right good natter at the same time. Appointments advised but not necessary.”

“I had a great experience here. Amazing haircut, and extremely friendly and outgoing salon owner. Wash/Cut/Blowdry took around 45 minutes, with the exact results I wanted. She even went out of her way to give me names/numbers of recommended GPs and dentists as I just moved to the area. Will be back again!”

“Since around a year ago, the attitude of the staff have been progressively turned for the worse. Their etiquette is appalling (both on the telephone and in real life) and I had to wait 2.5 hours for colour and treatment EVEN THOUGH I had made a booking prior! I asked how long I had to wait and the staff gave me attitude! I would leave one star but leave two stars because the cut was average. I’ve learnt my mistake. I will not be going back.”

“I have to say having been to this place 3 or 4 times this year I wouldn’t recommend it. The last time was the last straw. I was there for 3.5 hours for a cut and half head of highlights and they didn’t manage in that time to actually cut my hair. After 3 hours I mentioned that I was a bit annoyed that I’d had to wait such a long time and then was having to leave without the haircut and the staff said ‘well it’s the same for us because it means we don’t get out on time, and you have to realise because it’s a Saturday it takes longer and you have long hair’. You may notice there was no apology in there. Staff then went on to charge me and then refused to say goodbye when I left the salon. Overall, a very disappointing experience and one that has prompted me to leave my first ever review! I took one star off for not apologising, one star off for over charging me and one star off for not actually cutting my hair. That leaves 2 stars and a promise never to go back, which is a shame because the colour always turns out really well.”

“I was booked for a haircut here as, my usual shop had shut recently and the owner, Stephen had moved here. It’s in the same area and quite easy to get to. I understand this salon has been there for well over a decade. The service is friendly and quick. It was a busy day and, I was glad they could accommodate me. I have been a client of Stephen for a long time and have always liked his styling and of course his friendly demeanour.  Expect to pay salon prices and bookings are necessary. A great place for a cut and I am sure many other hair related services.”
