“Went here for a pedicure. The girl was talking so much to her coworker that she wasn’t concentrating on me and cut my foot while scraping the dead skin off my foot. She cut me where there wasn’t even any dead skin. It took ages to stop bleeding. The care factor of the girl who did it was non existent. They don’t have a procedure in place for when this happens so I wrote my own incident report. Not only will I never go here again, I think it will be a long time before I trust anyone to touch my feet again.”

“Went in on Saturday morning for a repair as I couldn’t get into my usual salon on such short notice was not welcomed or even spoken to during my service I had 3 different technicians to repair 2 nails not 1 even said hello or engaged in any kind of conversation my nail is so flat it was like they just painted a fine amount of acrylic over the tip shapes didn’t even match the shape on other nails salon looked dirty don’t think anything had ever been sterilized will definitely never set foot in there again places like this are what’s wrong with the industry and probably should have a health inspection”

“CT nails are the absolute best nail salon I have been too. They are quite cheap ($44) for a full set of acrylic nails with white, clear or pearl tips. I have never ever had a bad experience there, the staff are wonderful and friendly. I travel quite a distance just to get my nails done here, I recently went to another salon who calls themselves “professionals” – you know who I’m talking about! And I was disgusted, my nails were bumpy and rough and they said they put the uv top coat on but they never got me to harden them under the lamps. All in all CT nails are fantastic! I love them!”

“Don’t waste your money. $45 for a pedicure & if I didn’t personally go I would never know I had a pedicure, not to mention the Nail polish was chipping off on day 2. It felt like a process line, get them in, get them out & charge them top dollar. Be warned.”
