“I took my cousin to get her eyebrows threaded and Tinted. The threading was fine but the tinting was horrible her eyebrows are way to dark and around her eyebrows is extremely red!! They look burnt, she’s very sore and now she’s very self conscious and won’t leave the house! Also the customer service was bad, they seemed very annoyed as if they wanted to go home as it was close to closing time, if they wanted to leave so bad they could have said they were closing and couldn’t do anything at the time.”

“Went to the Epping store this afternoon and the lady that I had was fantastic. She really cared about what she was doing and took her time. She offered me a product for my eyebrows which I accepted.
I went up and paid for my eyebrows and the product.
I received my change and walked off, after I got about 10 metres away from the store. A gentleman (the owner, I assume) came and tapped me on the shoulder, telling me that I had been given too much money back and told me that I needed to come back to fix it up.
I came back and he pretty much treated me like I was a criminal making me give money back. The other costumers were looking at me like I had stolen a product.
It was quite embarrassing and I will not be returning to use these services after the way I was treated.”
