Founded and created back in 2013 by Tash Butler, Bruug the Label has grown to be one of the leading women’s fashion labels in Perth, W.A. Bruug are known for providing girls with statement pieces, trusty go-to basics and a wide range of on trend accessories.

Pop in and visit our flagship boutique in Leederville, W.A, or simply shop our entire range online in the comfort of your trackies or underpants.

We love things like ordering salad but eating everyone else’s fries, have been ‘bloated’ since 1996 and have a Netflix ‘recently watched’ section that reads like that of a 16 year old girl.

Our lives balance work, friends, family and wine, but not always effectively.  We are also pretty sure that our body composition may now be closer to 35% coffee and count our bond with our hairdresser as one of our most successful relationships.

So, now you know us, we cannot wait to get to know you.

RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

SO, WE TOTALLY GET THAT SOMETIMES YOUR ORDER MIGHT NOT FIT THE WAY YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD OR THAT COLOUR JUST DOES NOT WORK, SO HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW AND WHAT WE CAN DO TO HELP.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we are more than happy to give you a store credit for the purchase amount or exchange those products (other than gift cards or sales items), provided:

• Items are returned within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase – for items shipped 10 days from the date the item was delivered to you is fine;
• The returned items must not be sale items or purchased using a discount code (VIP codes excluded); and
• The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.

If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown – firstly we are SO SORRY! Secondly, we will refund you in full, including postage – obviously provided that we agree with the claim – as soon as the faulty garments are returned and received. Once again, these items must be unworn and unwashed, and you just need to let us know within that 10 day period after purchase/delivery.
