Flat rate postage of $9.90 AUD applies to all orders under $100 AUD via Australia Post standard parcel delivery service or Fastway couriers.
FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $100!! via Australia Post standard parcel delivery service or Fastway couriers.
Express Post is charged according to the cubic weight of an order, and includes a rush order surcharge. Orders up to 1 cubic kg will process automatically through checkout. Orders over 1 cubic kg  will need to be calculated manually. Please contact me for a quote.
For orders requiring dispatch within 24 hours please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Free pick up is available from our premises at Pacific Pines, Gold Coast Qld by appointment. Once your order is ready we will contact you to arrange a suitable time. (Please check your spam/junk email folder for our message)

Automatic checkout for International Shipping is now available to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and New Zealand for orders up to 2kg (cubic) weight only. For orders over 2kg (cubic) weight or overseas clients from other locations please send a message via the contact form here, and provide a list of the items you require, your full contact details and mailing address. A quote for shipping will then be sent to you by email. Once you confirm the quote is acceptable an invoice will be emailed to you for payment by Credit Card or PayPal.

International shipping is charged according to the cubic weight of the parcel and the destination location.
Delivery times will vary according to your location. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks from dispatch.
Please check the mailing address carefully, as undeliverable items will be marked for return to sender.
Bumblebee Boutique is not responsible for any taxes, customs duties, levies or other charges imposed by the country of destination. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
All prices shown on the web site are in Australian currency.

Processing Time
Non-personalised Ready-to-Ship items: Dispatch is usually within 1-3 business days.  Occasionally a higher than normal volume of orders may result in longer processing times. If you require your order to be dispatched within 24 hours please contact us to confirm availability. A surcharge may apply for rush orders.
Custom orders/Personalised items: Up to 4 weeks.
Large Quantity Orders and Out of Stock Items: Please contact us for estimated times.
Delivery is via Australia Post or Fastway couriers and times may vary according to your location. Shipping will take longer to remote and non-metropolitan locations, and Western Australia; and will be quicker to metropolitan East Coast locations.
Delivery times to international destinations will vary.
We recommend placing your order well in advance of your event to ensure on time delivery. While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly Bumblebee Boutique has no control over parcels once they have been dispatched.

In order to offer you the greatest value, we strive to keep our shipping and processing charges as low as possible. We are always working to reduce the costs and increase the efficiency of shipping and processing so that we can continue to charge as little as possible to offset the costs of getting your package to you undamaged, on time, and exactly as you ordered it. Delivery charges are based on  prices charged to us by Australia Post, plus a small fee towards the costs associated with shipping and processing including boxes, tissue paper, bubble-wrap, etc.

Messages will normally receive a response by next business day. Please check your Spam/Junk email folder, as I often find my replies end up in there.
If you require your order urgently please contact me BEFORE proceeding through checkout to confirm availability. A surcharge applies to rush orders.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order please send a message via our contact form, or reply to the order confirmation email you have received.  Cancellation and re-stocking fees apply.

For orders cancelled prior to dispatch:

A 15% cancellation and re-stocking fee applies to orders of standard stock items, including Cake Smash.

A cancellation fee of 25% applies to Custom Orders for Cake Smash Outfits and Maternity Drapes to cover the costs incurred in purchasing your fabric.

The fee will be deducted from your refund.

How do I return an item?

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND OUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Our business is based on the quality of the products we sell and the reputation we’ve earned. Bumblebee Boutique 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means you never have to worry when you order from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with anything you buy from us simply return it within 7 days of receipt of the product for a prompt exchange or credit to be used in our store within 12 months (your choice). No hassles, just great customer service.
Shipping charges are only refundable if
•  We made an error on your order
•  There is damage to your order in shipping

Our generous return policy does not apply to items returned after your event date, items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (including hats, underwear, earrings and swimwear) or personalised items. Returns policy does not apply to sale items. Items purchased at sale prices cannot be exchanged or refunded. A restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. We will communicate any charges with you.

If you have purchased the wrong size or colour, or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, Bumblebee Boutique will offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, under the following conditions:
•All products must be returned within seven days of receipt.
•The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact.
•No returns or exchanges on personalised, custom coloured or sale items
•No returns or exchanges on bulk orders of 40 items or more

To organise an exchange or credit note, please send a message using the form on our Contact Us page and include the following details: Name, Order number, Product and Reason for exchange. We will then contact you with instructions for returning your purchase.

Apart from returns for damaged products, all products must be returned to Bumblebee Boutique in their original, sale-able condition including any tags. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Please enclose a copy of your receipt for a refund of postage.

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to you:
Take a digital photograph (2MB or less) of the damaged packaging and goods as you received them.
Message us via our Contact Us form within seven days of receipt of the item/s, quoting your order number and the product item
Our Customer Service Manager will then contact you to obtain a copy of the photographed item/s and arrange an appropriate solution for you.

When a product is returned to us, Bumblebee Boutique offers an exchange for goods to the same value or a store credit to the value of the items purchased. Delivery costs (including packaging and handling fees) are not refundable, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.  Our exchange policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package and use a tracked delivery service as Bumblebee Boutique cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in the post.

Custom Orders
Custom Cake Smash Set and Coordinating Bunting

Looking for a custom cake smash outfit for your little prince or princess made from fabric outside our normal range?
If you have a particular theme or colour scheme in mind we can usually obtain fabrics to suit from a wide selection of colour combinations and designs, plains to licensed. Coordinating bunting can be ordered as an addition to your cake smash outfit.
Custom fabrics attract a higher charge due to higher costs involved in sourcing one-off non-stock fabrics, particularly licensed designs. Custom order prices start at $69 for a 4 piece cake smash outfit. Final pricing depends on the design, fabric and trims requested.

**Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for manufacture and delivery of your custom order**
