About me

Early in my life, I realised the many benefits of massage and that I had a natural affinity for massaging. Massage is now considered a part of Complementary and Alternative Medicine.
Since then I have complemented my personal qualities and skills by completing a range of accredited courses in massage and related treatments.
Through my long established clinic, conveniently located in the city, I have been able to assist my clients with a range of health issues. These have included giving relief from specific aches and ailments to promoting relaxation and wellbeing.
My passion for good nutrition and wellness has also allowed me to offer information and support to assist them to achieve optimum health.
