“I have just had the worst hair cut and colour of my 11 years of getting my hair foiled. I am so upset. I asked for a trim of my dead ends and Vivien cut 20cm off!! And insisted it was all dead but I asked to keep it long, my hair was just above my belly button and she cut it SHOULDER LENGTH. Then my colour! The colour itself would have been great if it was applied properly. I have parts where she couldnt be bothered foiling- literally on my fringe, I held it up and asked if she had missed it and she was like oh no it’ll be fine – it is now a huge half brown streak on my forehead. On my left side you can see the blocks of colour from the foils being placed 2.5cm off my hair line! I know you cant apply too close but seriously I look like I have a lightning mark with bleach down my side. I went back today to try and get it fixed and Vivien applied the foils the same way!! None of the colour block was blended AT ALL. Complete waste of time. All while she is telling me that she ‘toned it’ and really it was my fault because I should have got highlights where she can put the colour closer to my scalp. No toner was placed in my hair at all. And I know due to my 11 years of having simple blonde foils in that it was not because I needed highlights, but because Vivien is careless. I should never have paid $200 for this mess. If you have long hair and need foils AVOID Vivien at this hairdresser. I have never left a bad review of anything before but if I can save someone from my experience this is worth the time.”
