LUCY CARDOZA, SALON DIRECTOR

Salon Director, Lucy Cardoza is one of Australia’s top, young talents, who made the finals of the inaugural Hair Expo Men’s Hairdresser of the Year category in 2013.

She is an all-rounder with a penchant for taming unruly curls and men’s haircutting.

Lucy’s accolades are many. She won American Crew Face Off in 2004 and has been a finalist four times.

Over the years, she has won almost every category in IHS and HBIA competitions (Junior of the Year and Senior of the Year).

Travelling the world training with the industry’s best as a member of the 2005-06 F.A.M.E. Team is a key career highlight to date.

Another was assisting Freda Rossidis at the Visionary Awards (2012 Alternative Hair Show) in London.

Lucy is an experienced platform educator and takes a leading hand in the CAST’s in-salon training.

Her portfolio is also filled with images of her Fashion Week hairstyling, editorial spreads and advertising campaigns.
