Tim Broadbent has over 30 years experience as a CPA-qualified Accountant.

He is a Registered Tax Agent and licensed Financial Planner. Tim attained Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in 1973 and Bachelor of Business (Management) in 1983.

Tim started work in the business sector (the commercial world) which was instrumental in developing his financial and advising skills. Tim commenced a Taxation Return preparation service in 1983 and realised they need more services than this – business people need help with Financial Advice and achieving financial goals.

Tim could see most existing service providers did not meet their business clients’ financial needs. Therefore, he determined to establish an advice business focussed on business people, providing a thoroughly professional and practical service, prompt response and follow up.

Tim’s 26 years experience in business finance and profits included a role as Commercial Manager for a large CSR profit centre. This real-world experience combined with years of consulting to a range of businesses uniquely qualifies Tim to provide practical financial advice unlike that provided by most traditional “.

Here’s Proof, Leanne Powell is the Managing Partner of CBD Wealth Solutions and has been a key part of the business since 2001.Leanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce awarded in 1997, was admitted to the ICA as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 and was admitted to CPA Australia as a CPA in 2006. Leanne is also a Registered Tax Agent, holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and has completed a specialist Estate Planning course through UTS.

Sam Wilson is a Financial Adviser at CBD Wealth Solutions Pty Ltd. Sam holds a Bachelor of Business degree and a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).

Sam joined CBD Wealth Solutions Pty Ltd in November 2007 as a Support Specialist in the Financial Services division of the business which provided a wide range of experience in financial services. He has since become a licenced financial adviser through Count Financial Limited.

Sam’s role covers a range of advice areas including superannuation, investments, wealth protection, lending and leasing. Sam is able to assist clients from the strategy formulation stage to the implementation of the financial plan.

We use independent investment research to select only highly-rated investment products and Sam is proactive in monitoring client portfolios regularly to ensure investments remain highly rated. Sam also meets clients to assist when required such as if there is a change in client circumstances.
We concentrate on a proactive flexible approach to customer service, convenient to clients, easy to access, continuity of personnel, reliable practical knowledge and advice. We specialise in helping small and medium-sized businesses.
