“I walked out with hair that looked nothing like what I wanted… After going through pics with the girl (who was lovely by the way) to establish what I wanted done, and the fact that I hated copper, orange, brass, anything of that nature, we came to an idea of something we both agreed on. Not as light as I wanted to go, but she was worried about damaging my hair so I understood.
I wanted it cut short, a bob maybe… But the reply I got was ‘not today, how about we focus on the colour today as that will be a big enough change on its own, and then maybe next time we’ll cut it’….. (IT WAS NOT) A bit STUNNED, I just agreed.
4 hours & $190 later I walked out of there with brassy ends, a bit of a trim and WET hair.
The most disappointing part. When I complained in writing, the response I got was so lacking in any kind of understanding or regret that this had happened.
Really poor service. Really high prices. And stylists that are lacking the listening skills required when it comes to what their clients are asking for.
