“If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked using a Living Social voucher in September. The earliest appointment I could get was for late November but when I called to confirm my booking (as I didn’t receive the promised text message) I was told that the clinic had closed down and would have to go elsewhere. When I asked when they closed and when I could rebook (as this was news to me) they launched into a tirade of abuse before hanging up on me. Stupidly I called back (I really wanted this IPL!) I was abused further. I had to end the call as I was over being yelled at and really hope that I am not out the $100 spent so far (and in a way glad I haven’t gone because I would not trust them with my skin!)”
