“I can only review what I actually experienced. Unfortunately that wasn’t a tattoo. I had been in contact with Jacinta regarding my first ever tattoo and we had discussed the design I was after. She was very friendly and easy to deal with. I was advised to come into store to pay a deposit to book in a day for my tattoo to be done which I happily did. The day was booked and I was advised she would get to work on my design and she was excited to play around with the design. She took my phone number and email address so she could send me a draft of what she was designing and then I could check it and make any changes before the booking date . I left the studio very excited that it was all booked and waited in anticipation to get a glimpse of my design. Unfortunately this is where the excitement slowly faded. 2 weeks went by and I had still not received ANY communication regarding my tattoo. Now today is the day when I was due to get my tattoo done and had still not even seen a rough draft of what my design would look like. This has made me lose all confidence in getting my tattoo done at Celtic as this is a permanent thing for me I would prefer the tattooist to be somewhat committed to my design. I went into the shop and explained my situation and jacinta happily refunded my money and apologized. Just before I walked out the door I asked if she actually remembered what my design was? And was told yes she did and she was currently drawing it now. (This was 3 hours before my appointment). If this was the case I just don’t understand how I was expected to approve a design minutes before being tattooed. Anyway I know these guys ha e had some great reviews on their work and I was recommend this studio by a family member sadly I won’t have a chance to review their artwork..”
