“My husband purchased a gift certificate for this place for my birthday. I went to use it the other day only to find out that it only had a 3 month expiry on it. I assumed it was 6 months or 12 months. It was a honest mistake that I had not used it in time. I rang the company hoping that they would still honour the voucher and was told it wasn’t there problem and they would not honour it. Whilst I understand I made a mistake not using it in time I feel 3 months is not very long and it wouldn’t cost the company anything to honour the voucher and show they care about their customers. They have now recieved money for nothing and don’t care how there customer feels. We have used this place before but will now find somewhere else”
