“The owner who has treated me twice has no experience in beauty treatments. The first time I went 3 weeks ago for a deluxe pedicure, she cut my big toe several times with a file, then wondered why it poured blood when she sprayed an alcohol based substance over my toes!! Today took the cake when she burnt my eye while trying to do an eye lash tint. After putting the tint on she never came back into the room to check on me in 10 mins. It started to burn straight away in the corner of my eye. Then while washing it off my head tilted to the left she washed the right eye as well!! Pouring dye into my left eye � After finally cleaning both my eyes so tears stopped pouring out, I stormed out & was too scared to have my legs waxed.”

“This is probably a great place for spa treatments and massages but I went there to get my nails done (shellac) and I’m quite disappointed. The finish was not professional at all. They look like I did them at home. The owner was nice and friendly.”

“My daughter booked the appt as a birthday gift to me in August. She booked me a 1 hour massage, deluxe pedicure and deluxe manicure. Upon entering there was a young girl at the front desk wearing an Australian college of beauty uniform. I presumed she was doing work experience. However I later found out the girl was the owners 12 year old daughter who has no experience. The therapist I had was very shy and did not seem too confident when I was speaking to her. The massage never consisted of any shoulder, neck or head massaging. The therapist kept moving the massage table with me on it whilst in treatment as obviously she did not have enough room to get around it. I was never wiped over with a hot towel to remove excess oil. Once massage finished it was on to the pedicure. I Was told to sit on the most oversized uncomfortable lounge chair. A deluxe pedicure should include a foot massage. This never happened. The deluxe manicure I never had the hand massage. I was there for over 2 1/2 hours and was not offered a drink. I explained all this to my daughter upon her collecting me. My daughter went and spoke to the manager who gave a gift voucher for another spa manicure. Driving home we realized the expiry date the manager had written was 3/3/16. Therefore the voucher was already expired. We gave up never to return.”

“Iv just been for a massage and it was so good, polite staff and we’re gentle as I am pregnant, very relaxing and atmosphere was so calming and even refreshments at the end not one bad thing to say was even asked how the pressure was and if I was comfortable.
