“I took my son to this salon and told the hairdresser exactly how I would like it cut. They made an absolute mess of it and it didn’t look anything like what I had asked them to do. After speaking to the manager, they offered for me to come back in and they would try to rectify it. In doing so, as I was just about to walk into salon, I noticed the same hairdresser who cut my sons hair in there. That is really poor form. I am not about to go back in and have to confront hairdresser who made this mess.”
