It’s wise to drink plenty of water afterward to assist your body in expelling toxins released during a massage. Ka Huna/Lomi Lomi/Hawaiian massage is much more intimate then Swedish as clients are completely exposed save for a hand towel and sarong for modesty; many strokes in this type of massage involve going between the client and the table so great amounts of oil will be used. Female clients may have the choice of another sarong upon their chest if uncomfortable fully exposed; but I feel I should let you ladies know that the second sarong might ruin your experience. Sports massage however is fast and deeper then Swedish; I would advise clients that it is most beneficial before and after physical exercise to extend your endurance.
