About Us

Our company was formed in 1998, by the owner/operator Peter Koch, who has been in the plumbing services industry for more than 40 years. Since then the company has grown due to the efficient management and reputation of his highly dedicated and professional plumbing and support teams.

In recent years, Chips Holding Pty Ltd evolved into Chips Property Trade Services Pty Ltd to meet the growing needs of customers small and large. Moving the Plumbing, Pumps and Electrical divisions under the one banner not only provides customers with a more comprehensive range of services, but allows further flexibility at an even more competitive price.

We pride ourselves on quality service to all of our valued customers, working to Industry and Regulatory Standards.  Our business and employee manuals outline the principles and policies within our management system to ensure continuous improvement and development to exceed customer satisfaction.

Services

Commercial Kitchen Strip outs and Re-Installations:

We at CHIPS understand the importance of getting your kitchen running as soon as possible.  So when CHIPS Staff work on Kitchen Strip outs or Reinstallations, we do the lot, from clearing the area & removing existing equipment & fixed shelving right through to resurfacing floors & re-installing the equipment.
From start to finish, you can trust that CHIPS will ensure your commercial kitchen is back in operation in no time.

Roof Restoration:

CHIPS can carry out restoration to metal roofing.  We start with stripping & cleaning the surface, and then we treat the area before applying undercoats & top coats.  This gives our clients years of extra life to their roof which is why we can offer a 5 year warranty for this type of work.

Bollards:

From Flat plate base type, Counter-sunk type, lockable/removable type, Rail type you name it we can have it made and installed.
Our removable / lockable Bollards are used at shopping centre entry’s to stop ram raids or at ATM’s machines.

Grates/Manhole Covers/Basket Arrestors:

Standard sizes or custom made, CHIPS can supply & install all types of grates or manhole covers.
Driveway entry grates, stormwater pit grates, checker plate manhole covers, basket arrestors.  No job is too hard for the CHIPS staff!
