Booking Policy – Choyez Day Spa has a strict booking policy.  Please understand ‘no shows’ and last minute cancellations cost our business money and disadvantages us enormously.

We kindly request that all appointments over 30 minutes require $20 deposit and appointments over 1 hour require $50 deposit.

Gift voucher numbers must be given at time of booking.

We request 24 hours notice by telephone if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, otherwise your booking fee will be forfeited.

We cannot accept cancellations left as messages on Sundays or public holidays, therefore appointments that need to be rescheduled for a Monday or Tuesday will need to be notified by close of trading on Saturday.

The lovely boutique Day Spa is situated in Honeysuckle, Newcastle’s harbourside location.  Shop 1, 335 Wharf Road, Newcastle NSW 2300 (opposite Crowne Plaza).
