“Staff were rude. I pre booked but there were no seats for me. I had to sit on a stool. The lady who did my nails left while i sat at the fan to do someones pedicure… she had gloves on, after a while she came to check my nails with the same gloves on!!
Poor hygiene! My friends also got a christmas gift but as i mentioned these problems i was not given a gift.
When i complained to the manager about the issues i had she smiled at me and said bye.
Will not be going back thats for sure.”

“Very poor pedicure for myself and friend. No hard skin removed, didn’t even use a foot file. Almost no massage. No base coat with the polish. Had a SPA pedicure what on earth is in a regular one? Not good enough, same price as other places that do a much better job. We both complained but were told “its OK”. Never again!”

“A very friendly group of staff, attentive and an okay selection of colours – not the greatest range but there’s still enough options. Can get very busy so try and book or pop in when you’ve started your shopping and put your name down.”
