“Absolutely disgusting! The shop staff do not even attempt to communicate with the customers. They simply grunt and point to what they want you to do, but speak amongst themselves in their native tongue, which really can be quite confronting when you are in the shop. I had a pedicure and a manicure (which two separate staff were simultaneously doing) neither spoke to me to ask what I wanted done, then proceeded to COMPLETELY cut my toe nails off as well as my finger nails off, even after I had specified I wanted them kept “long”. Without exaggeration I had 3cm’s cut off one toe nail and the angle it was cut on left the toe horrible. Then, to my disbelief the staff member became aggressive and incredibly rude. The management came to see what was happening and offered to “give it to me at half price”. Half price? I had nothing done besides them cutting all of my nails completely off! I have always visited little nail salons where there is a small team of staffs. I’ve never had such a horrific experience though. Walking into such a confrontational environment and being met with such hostility is detrimental to a business. I will never, ever return and suggest the management seriously address their staff and the way they hold themselves. The work was rushed and of very poor quality. AVOID THIS BUSINESS is my advise!!! I should also note the only reason I give this half a star is the site requires that as a minimum.”
