“Firstly, when we arrived, the male staff member was rude especially when confronted with a miscommunication on his behalf about pricing. We ended up getting our nails done there because we didn’t want to waste time. They don’t give you a hand massage our moisture your hands as part of the manicure and they don’t get rid of any dead skin on your feet as part of the pedicure so you don’t get what’s usually included in the price. Then, only 3 days into our cruise (as we were getting our nails done for our holiday) which we had no contact with home or any means to call ashore, our shellac manicure (which is supposed to last at least 2 weeks) started to get cracks and chips in it. As soon as we docked I called to ask if they were able to fix it free of charge as they clearly didn’t do a good job. They said no but if I had called 3 days in they could’ve. I explained I didn’t have any contact with Sydney as I had been away on a cruise. He didn’t seem to care. I definitely won’t be spending any money here again and I encourage others to do the same.”

“Not even a week and my nails have broken.. spent $80 they told me to come in.. i told her not to do them thin but the asian fuck did.. told me i have to pay for a full new set… im calling my bank to get my money refunded and taking this matter further…”

“Just got two nails done here after 1 week and told I have to pay for it. I had a pedicure done same day and wasn’t done properly and also told I have to come back next time. I knew they had EFTPOS and so went to pay for two nails at the counter as the guy said minnimum $20 spend. I told him I’m sorry was not aware as he went on to explain how he has to pay fees. So I offered to take money out as he took my card and made the payment. So rude.”
