“If I could rate this salon a 0 I would. Appalling customer service from owner Tracy. I had an appointment booked only to be called by them to cancel 1/2 hour before my appointment. They had emailed me a 50% off voucher and didn’t want to honour it on a Saturday morning. I had an important event the next day and had to rush to find another available hairdresser on a Saturday morning yo bye ready for the next day. She should be ashamed at how she runs her business. Avoid at all costs”
