“I have been using Cocoa and Cream for some years now on and off using all what they have to offer. Recently they have hired a new eyelash technician – which I did not click with her at all. I find her extremely rude. Have you ever had an appointment and suddenly something comes up and you have to cancel your afternoon plans? You can’t always give enough notice? Well I messaged Jennifer as soon as I knew I wouldn’t be able to make an appointment and let her know not to reschedule for this reason and I’ll call her when I have time. So I don’t waste her time, well she decided to message me back and more notice would have been nice I could have rebooked. Well, that has lost me as a client because I did the best I could in letting her know asap! Extremely rude. It’s a shame the owner stopped doing eye lash extensions due to health reason because she was so lovely, I felt comfortable with her… but now I won’t be back.”
